Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been shipped for items purchased on this site. We will only exchange defective products for a good one.


Return Period

Please contact us within 7 days of the product delivery date.


Return Shipping Cost

We will bear the cost if the product is defective.

In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Inspection

Please inspect the product upon receipt.

  • Confirm the product is in good condition (no scratches, missing parts, or defects)

In Case of Defective Products

Although we conduct thorough inspections before shipping, if any defects are found upon inspection, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost (cash on delivery).


Long-term Absence or Refusal to Accept Delivery

If the product is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery without prior notice, or if returns due to customer reasons occur repeatedly, we may refuse future orders.
